Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases from Clov, operated by 1100 TRUMAN AVE LLC. It covers oven mitts, mini mitts, double oven gloves, pot holders, and kitchen textile sets sold through this store.

Return Window and Condition

  • Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
  • Customers may request a return within 30 days from delivery.
  • Product condition accepted for return: new only.
  • Exchanges are accepted when the requested replacement item is available.
  • Return method: by mail.

Kitchen Textile Return Eligibility

Returned items should be unused, clean, undamaged, and returned with original packaging plus all included mitts, pot holders, or set pieces. Items with food residue, grease marks, smoke odor, heat damage from use, stains, missing pieces, or signs of kitchen use may not qualify as new-condition returns unless required by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives torn, stained, missing a piece, incorrect in color, wrong in size, or different from the order, contact care@clov.shop within 7 days of delivery. Include the order number and photos of the item, packaging, label, and visible issue.

How To Start a Return

  1. Email care@clov.shop with the order number, item name, and return reason.
  2. Wait for return instructions before mailing the item.
  3. Pack mitts and included set pieces securely in clean packaging.
  4. Mail eligible returns to: 145 Ocean Ave West Palm Beach, FL, 33404 United States.

Labels, Fees, and Refund Timing

  • Return label: included in the package, free.
  • Restocking fee: No cost. No restocking fee is charged for approved returns.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments.
  • Refund processing time is 10 days after approval and submission.

Cancellations and Exchanges

Cancellation requests can be reviewed before fulfillment begins. Once an order has shipped, the customer may request a return after delivery. Exchanges depend on available color, mitt length, pair count, or set format.
